Fee Structure

Our investors currently do not pay a fee.

Entrepreneurs pay a mix of fees.

An initial assessment is conducted free of charge.

Thereafter, there will be a modest fee to cover research of funding options, due diligence, investment readiness assessment, a communication summary and incidental expenses.

Naturally, in some cases we may suggest that additional services may be beneficial.

Our success fee is based on the level of funding secured and includes a small equity stake in the operation being funded.
